Information
TERMS
- Terms are Net 30 days once an account
has been established. Prior to open
account status, all orders are to be
paid for with Cash In Advance, C.O.D. or
a Credit Card. We accept Visa and
Mastercard.
DELIVERY - Most new orders ship
from our office in Houston, Texas three
to four weeks from the time they are
ordered and all artwork is approved.
Reorders usually ship in two to three
weeks. If your emblems are needed for a
special event, the date must be
specified on the order. You will be
notified prior to production if we are
unable to meet the required delivery
date. Freight charges are F.O.B.
Houston, TX.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ORDER - All
orders are acknowledged by email. The
acknowledgments confirm receipt of your
order, the guaranteed delivery date and
guaranteed price. It is your
responsibility to verify that we have
received any order that is not
acknowledged within five days.
ARTWORK - Camera-ready artwork is
preferred but not required. Electronic
artwork can be sent via e-mail,
preferably in a .jpg format. Please
send directly to
art@emblemconcepts.com.
DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS - In order
to provide the highest quality emblem we
would like to encourage customers to
adhere to the following design
suggestions. Allow 1/4" around the
entire edge of the design for the merrowed border and clearance. This 1/4"
includes 1/8" for the border and 1/8"
for the clearance between the border and
any copy or designs. All lettering
should be a minimum of 3/16" tall.
Recommended size of lettering is at
least 1/4" tall.
MINIMUM ORDERS - The absolute
minimum order for embroidered emblems is
50 pieces. No exceptions. We have no
over or under runs so feel free to order
exactly the quantity you need.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES - If you
have a highly complex design or specific
colors you're concerned about matching
we recommend that you request a
pre-production sample. Actual in-hand
pre-production samples are available at
a cost of $5 per sample, plus a
digitizing charge of $75 (in most
instances). Provided you make no design
changes, the digitizing charge will be
applied to your order. Color changes can
be made without forfeiting the
digitizing charge.
In addition, we also offer e-mail
samples. These are especially helpful
when color matching is not a major
concern, but detail is important. In
this case a sample or sew-out of your
emblem is made, scanned and e-mailed
directly to you for approval prior to
proceeding with the order. If the
order is cancelled after viewing the
email sample you will be responsible for
a digitizing charge of $75.
MATCHING COLORS - Please provide
color swatches, actual emblems or PMS
colors whenever possible. We cannot
always match PMS colors exactly;
however, we will do our best to match
any specific colors as closely as
possible.
